For a dozen or so years he has been involved in sales and marketing in pharmaceutical sector.
As a Key Account Manager in Bayer HealthCare, he was responsible, among other things, for introducing innovative medicines in different therapeutic spheres.
As a part of marketing advisory board, he consulted about market strategies that were being devised.
He was awarded participation in global developmental scheme “Bayer Talent Pool” designed for the most promising Bayer’s employees from around the world, and thus developing his competence in business intelligence.
As a part an original project, Norbert dealt with creation of an intelligence business cell in General Medicine Department of Bayer, which supported decision – making of the management and marketing department.
As a National Sales Manager, he introduced the Besins Healthcare Company into Polish market both in Rx and OTC sectors.
He is still active in such specific sectors as the markets of which one is saturated with vitamins for pregnant women and another, the hermetic one, for testosterone preparations.
Since 2012 he has been a member of Strategic & Competitive Intelligence Professionals, international organization, and served on the founding committee of its Polish Department. He accomplished postgraduate studies in Marketing Management of a Company in the Faculty of Management at the Economic University in Łódź and also Strategic Marketing on Pharmacist Market at the Economic University in Poznań. He was also a student of the first edition of Strategic Business Intelligence at postgraduate level at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw
