Sales Management Expert

For more than 12 years he has been associated with the pharmaceutical industry.
He is a manager with 10 years long experience in managerial positions, in pharmaceutical companies. He has achieved many notable successes while managing pharmaceutical companies both in Poland and in neighboring countries (especially the easterly direction) – including launching new products.

  • Between 2002-2009, he worked as a medical consultant and then District Manager in Grunenthal, a pharmaceutical concern (now STADA). While working at the headquarters in Vienna, as a part of Central Europe Area Sales, he managed a team consisting of 10 medical representatives, 10 managers and 60 medical representatives. Moreover, he was responsible for coaching, preparation and implementation of sales plans based on potential and market data, as well as on reporting systems. He was responsible for development and execution of bonus systems based on marketing plans.
  • Between 2010-2011, as Sales Manager, he was managing sales in the Polish branch of Santen OY company. He was then responsible for all distribution on Polish territory. With the help of 16 representatives, he implemented PLN 12 million worth of sales plans yearly and managed more than PLN 1 million worth of marketing budgets.
  • Between 2011-2013, as a part of Omega Pharma (Belgium), he managed distribution and the sale of the branch office in Poland. He was formally responsible for organizing and managing a team of 40 representatives dealing with pharmaceutical products, and 10 managers working both in the pharmacy and modern channels. He also managed over PLN 6 million worth of yearly marketing budgets. Taking full responsibility for the distribution, he was a co-author of PLN 120 million worth of yearly sales success.
