The idea of the PHARMA360o System is supporting our customer through recommendations aimed at optimization of activity related to strategic decision – making such as: new target markets, new sales networks, locating new institutions and stores, to name but a few.
We act in three basic fields:
- Orientated to a Marketing customer of new economy based on four, traditional spheres: target market, customers’ needs, integrated marketing and profitability.
- Strategic, Market & Competitive Intelligence, which utilizes the most modern IT and analytical tools as well as networks of personal contacts and teams of experts for obtaining information.
- Sophisticated IT tools from within the range of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and the opportunity of creating original IT systems in terms of GIS and storage logistics.
We also prepare recommendations concerning the strategy of competition but that is not the whole of our work. Collected information let us prepare and suggest appropriate range of schoolings for management and employees. Proper trainings allow for smooth transition into implementation phase.
